Payment and Insurance Information

Blue Ridge Eye Associates accepts the following payment methods and insurance: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, cash, check, debit card, Benny™ Card, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, traditional Medicare, and some Medicare Advantage PPO and HMO-POS plans. Fees are due upon services rendered, and glasses and contact lenses must be paid for at the time of order. Any checks that are returned due to insufficient funds incur a $12.00 bank fee and a $40.00 insufficient funds fee.  Except for traditional Medicare and some Medicare Advantage PPO and HMO-POS plans, we are an out-of-network provider. We will be happy to submit the proper diagnosis and procedure codes along with your paid statement to your insurance carrier or vision plan for reimbursement directly to you.
